However, additional charges will be levied from the firms seeking registration for new technology/design where a fresh visit to the firm is required.</span></div> <div> </div> <div>3.<span>         I am further directed to add that the concerned Technical Dtes/AHSP/SQAE will collect the Assessment Fee from the firm at the time of submission of request for registration. The amount collected from the firm will be credited in the Treasury / State Bank through MRO by the concerned Technical Directorates for adjustment by the relevant Controller of Defence Accounts through the local audit office under Major Head 0076 Defence Services Army,Minor Head 108 Inspection Organisation, receipts on account of assessment fee from the firms.</span></div> <div> </div> <div>4.<span>         The provisions of this letter will be reviewed after three years.</span></div> <div> </div> <div>5.<span>         This letter issues with the concurrence of the Ministry of Defence(Finance) vide ID No. <strong>201/Fin(DS) dated 25 March 2003</strong>.</span></div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><span>                                                                                        &</span></div> <p><quickprintreadystate style="display: none;"></quickprintreadystate></p>
